1. Information We Collect
When you register a learner, we collect:
- Parent or guardian name, phone number, email address, and home address
- Learner name, age, gender, school, and state
- Emergency contact details
- Payment confirmation details from our checkout provider (we do not store full card numbers)
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
- Confirm and manage a learner's registration and class placement
- Communicate schedule updates, class links, and Programme information by email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Issue certificates and track course progress
- Respond to enquiries and provide support
- Improve our Programmes and website
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our checkout provider (currently Selar). We do not receive or store your card or bank details, we receive confirmation that a payment was made.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Programmes, such as email, SMS, and payment providers, and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. Where a school registers learners on their students' behalf, relevant Programme details are shared with that school for coordination purposes.
5. Children's Information
Our Programmes are designed for learners aged 7 to 16. All learner information is provided to us by a parent, guardian, or partner school, we do not knowingly collect information directly from children without adult involvement.
6. Data Retention
We retain registration and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the Programme, respond to support requests, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you or your learner by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
